These projects represent selected examples from different stages of my career in User Experience, Service Design, and Experience Strategy. While some projects date back several years, they illustrate a consistent approach to understanding people, simplifying complexity, and designing experiences that work for both users and organizations. More recent work has expanded beyond digital products to include Customer and Employee Experience, process improvement, and AI enablement.
