MyRogers on Ignite TV
Simplifying the process for customers to make on the fly changes to their channel line up by integrating it into the set-top-box experience.
Integrate existing MyRogers account management functionality into the STB (Set-Top-Box) environment so that customers can make immediate changes to their account (change channel lineup, channel subscriptions) without leaving their TV – or needing to call Customer Care to make changes to their cable account.
The Ask
The UX goal was to make customers aware of functionality that’s already available to them in a contextual manner, when it would have the greatest positive impact.
The Results
We were able to design a processes that enabled customers to make changes to their TV accounts – swopping channels, adding new channels, and adding additional channel packages.
