- As the Senior Interface Designer I was primarily responsible for translating functional specifications into workflow and Web-based user interfaces that were intuitive, efficient, and attractive. As a member of the Product Management team I also worked to define workflow, navigation structures, and functionality definitions.
RewardsDNA
RewardsDNA allows multiple companies to concurrently run multiple rewards/incentives programs involving potentially thousands of participants each. The platform is made up of two main sections: one for program participants and another for program administrators. A particular challenge here was to design tools to help administrators complete complex management tasks with little or no training.
BizPursuits
BizPursuits is a team based fantasy sports themed incentives platform developed by CompanyDNA. Programs are structured like a sports season, with weekly competition between teams within multiple leagues. I’m named as a co-applicant on the patent application for BizPursuits.
