MyCareer
- Part of a Skill Assessments platform, MyCareer is a flexible web-based application developed to enable individuals to purchase and complete a series of skill certification tests toward the achievement of a specific Job Role Certification. A version of the same application allows users managed from the Skill Management Environment to complete skill assessment test assigned to them by a manager or a third party.

Overview
MyCareer is a portal for individual users or users managed within a company from a Skills Management Environment. Individual users can create an account and buy single skill assessment tests, of job profile certification test packages.
The primary metaphors of MyCareer are current and goal jobs, which users are asked to define in their profiles. Once these have been selected the user can track which core skills (usually between 7 and 10 skills per job role) they have been certified for, and which they have not. Users can also see how their current skills compare to different job role requirements.
